We decided to go against the flow and leave on Easter Sunday and back on Tuesday. We first decided to go to a place we found online but it was palengke packed when we got there. So we decided to look for another place and stumbled on a place called Capones beach resort, you guessed it, facing the famous Capones islands. This is the resorts first season run and everything is fairly new. The rates aren't so bad either. We took a boat ride to Anawangin on the second day and had lunch there. The place is awesome. Everything I heard about it is true. But when we got there, the shoreline was laced with millions of small jellyfish. I actually caught several and put them in a San Mig light bottles. Then right before leaving, Marie caught a bigger one. Put it in a bottle too and brought it home to Manila. It's still alive today. It was a really fun trip at a very nice place.
